St. Sylvester’s College Kandy beat Sri Sumangala College Kandy by 9 wickets in their Singer Trophy Under 17 Division One Inter Schools Cricket tournament match played at St. Thomas College ground Matale yesterday.

Sri Sumangala Kandy: 40 in 18.4 overs (Shashika Basnayake 4/6, Maleesha Silva 3/19, Charith Rajaguru 2/14)

St. Sylvester’s Kandy: 42/1 in 3.4 overs (Viranga Koralagedara 18, Charith Rajaguru 13 n.o.)
