St. John's College, kalutara under 12 football team recorded an easy victory over the Welapura Maha Vidyalaya by complying with the competition rules and emerged the overall champions in their kalutara District MILO under 12 Inter-schools Girls Football championship-2019 which was held on 13th and 14th June 2019 at the kalutara esplanadeThis Tournament were Organised by the Sri Lanka Schools Football Association in collaboration with education ministry under the guidance of the Treasurer Sri Lanka School Football Association Mrs. N.Kulatunga with the kalutara education zonal sports unit staff's.
Nestle Lanka PLC for the second successive year sponsored this under 12 girls football tournament and more than 50 players participated in this competition The champion team and the runner up teams have been selected for the upcoming all Island Milo Inter-schools under 12 Football Tournament on June 22 and 23 at Nawalapitiya.
