Golden Stars edge out Sunshine FC

Golden Stars Football Club,Kandy beat Sunshine Football Club,Nagastenna by 3 goals to 2 in the 23rd FA Cup Football Match played at the Bogambara Grounds,Kandy on Saturday the 15th of June. At half time it was Nil all.

The 1st goal was scored by W.Suresh of Golden Stars Sports Club in the 43rd minute of the game and D.Wijeratne scored their 2nd goal in the 48th minute. Another Goal was scored by N. Nethmi of Golden Stars SC in the 53rd minute. M.Bimsara & M.Subash scored 1 goal each for Sunshine Football Club in the 58th & 81st Minutes respectively. Referee J.N.S. Kumara.
