The invitational seven-a-side soccer tournament organized by the ‘Thomian Api Uyanwatta Old Boys’ to celebrate 175 anniversary of Matara St. Thomas’ College will be worked off on February 16 from 8.30 a.m. at the Uyanwatta football grounds.
Teams from St. Thomas, St. Servatius, Rahula, Richmond-Galle, Mahinda - Galle, Vidyaloka-Galle, St. Aloysius - Galle, St. Sebastien’s - Moratuwa, St. Sylvester’s-Kandy, Lumbini- Colombo, Dharmapala - Pannipitiya, Dharmashoka-Ambalangoda will participate in the tournament. The opening ceremony will be held on February 15, 4.00p.m. with Thomian old boy Brayan Ranasinghe and school principal B. Piyatissa being the guests.
