Designated wicket-keepers who also bowled in an ODI

How often do you get to see a designated wicketkeeper removes his gloves, pads and other protective gears in order to roll his arms to do bowling in an ODI? Certainly, that is among the rarest sight one gets to see in a cricket match and that too in ODIs. On that note, here we present those wicketkeepers who remove their protective gears in the middle of the match and went to do bowling from the other end.
