Sebs, Tissa CC-Kalutara and D.S.S record 1st innings wins

St. Sebastian’s College Moratuwa, defending champion Tissa Central College Kalutara and D.S. Senanayake College Colombo registered first inning wins against Dharmasoka College Ambalangoda, Ananda Shashthralaya Kotte and Kalutara Vidyalaya respectively in their second round matches of the ‘Singer Cup’ Under 13 division I inter schools cricket tournament.

Chithru Fernando (St. Sebastian’s) took 6 wickets for 11 runs against Dharmasoka and Asela de Silva (Tissa) took 6 wikets for 59 runs against Ananda Shashthralaya. Gaviru Senahas of D.S. Senanayake scored 102 runs against Kalutara Vidyalaya.

St. Sebastian’s: 96 in 34 overs (Dilakshan Fernando 38, Chirana de Silva 4/14, Tharin Sithupa 3/26)
